Job Description

Facility Operations Management

Oversee daily building operations and ensure all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical) are running efficiently.

Manage vendor relationships for contracted services including cleaning, security, MEP maintenance, landscaping, waste management, etc.

Ensure minimal downtime and disruption to operations through proactive issue identification and resolution.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance (PPM)

Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs (PPM) for all critical assets and equipment.

Monitor and adjust PPM schedules based on manufacturer recommendations, asset lifecycle, and operational needs.

Track work orders, service reports, and equipment history through CAFM or CMMS systems.

Compliance, Safety & Risk Management

Ensure facilities comply with local laws, HSE standards, civil defense requirements, and building codes.

Lead health and safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

Develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills (fire, evacuation, etc.).

Address insurance and liability concerns related to facility risks.

Space & Asset Management

Coordinate workspace allocation, fit-out projects, and move management.

Maintain accurate floor plans, occupancy data, and asset registers.

Support long-term space optimization and workplace strategy.

Reporting

Monitor utility consumption and initiate cost-saving or energy-efficiency initiatives.

Generate monthly operational and compliance reports for senior management.

Project Coordination

Support minor renovation, upgrade, or relocation projects -- from planning through execution.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth handovers and timely project delivery.

Participate in procurement and tendering processes for facility-related services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 per month
