Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of facial treatments including deep cleansing, hydrating, anti-aging, and customized skincare services.
Conduct thorough skin consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and home care products.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment area.
Keep accurate client records, including treatment history and skincare progress.
Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, technologies, and products.
Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business through personalized care.
Promote salon services and retail products professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of professional experience
as a Facial Therapist within the
UAE
.
Diploma or certification in
Cosmetology, Skincare, or Aesthetics
.
In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and modern facial techniques.
Experience with machines and treatments such as HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, etc. (preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client care skills.
Presentable, professional, and passionate about skincare and wellness.
Valid UAE residency and employment eligibility.
