OnTime Healthcare is excited to announce an opening for a Massage Therapist with Maderotherapy experience. As part of our committed team, you will provide specialized treatments that combine traditional massage techniques with innovative Maderotherapy methods to enhance patient recovery and wellness.
Responsibilities
Conducting thorough assessments of clients to create personalized massage therapy plans integrating Maderotherapy techniques Administering Maderotherapy treatments effectively and safely, utilizing wooden instruments to relieve tension and promote lymphatic drainage Implementing various massage modalities alongside Maderotherapy to enhance overall therapeutic outcomes Providing education and recommendations to clients about self-care practices related to Maderotherapy Maintaining complete and accurate client records, treatment progress, and any updates to care plans Adhering to all ethical and legal standards related to massage therapy practice Working collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient care
Requirements
Relevant certification in Massage Therapy and experience with Maderotherapy techniques Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a clinical or spa setting Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques Excellent communication skills and dedication to providing high-quality patient care Capable of establishing rapport with clients to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as necessary
