Facial Specialist

to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performing a wide range of facial and skincare treatments, analyzing skin types, and recommending appropriate products and routines. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, massage, masks, and advanced skincare procedures. Analyze clients' skin types and conditions to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products. Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards. Stay updated on the latest skincare techniques, tools, and product lines. Advise clients on post-treatment skincare routines and maintenance. Promote facial packages, skincare products, and related beauty services. Ensure an excellent client experience with professional and personalized service. Collaborate with other beauty specialists to provide complete beauty solutions.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Facial Specialist, Esthetician, or Beauty Therapist. Diploma or certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or skincare. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin types, and treatment methods. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work well within a team. Knowledge of modern skincare technologies and products is a plus.
