: Facial Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Facial Specialist to join our team. The Facial Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare treatments and services to clients, promoting products, and ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology, deep tissue massage, and retail sales, with a focus on customer service excellence. Duties: - Perform a variety of facial treatments including dermabrasion, nail care, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage. - Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate products for clients' needs. - Conduct product demos to showcase the benefits of skincare products and promote retail sales. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare concerns and provide tailored solutions. - Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following industry standards. - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and addressing any issues or inquiries promptly. Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role with a strong background in cosmetology and skincare treatments. - Proficiency in performing deep tissue massage, dermabrasion, nail care, eyelash extensions, and other facial services. - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and promote products effectively. - Ability to sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. - Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding client expectations. - Knowledge of retail sales techniques to drive product sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
