Role Overview
We're looking for a skilled Media Buyer who specializes in Facebook/Meta advertising to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage multiple client ad accounts simultaneously, optimize campaigns for maximum performance, and work directly with clients to ensure their business objectives are being met.
Key Responsibilities
o? ?Manage multiple Facebook/Meta ad accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
o? ?Create, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to meet or exceed client KPIs
o? ?Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending across client accounts
o? ?Analyze campaign data and metrics to make strategic optimization decisions
o? ?Develop and implement advertising strategies across various industries
o? ?Communicate directly with clients to gather feedback and provide performance updates
o? ?Stay current with the latest platform updates, features, and industry best practices
o? ?Collaborate with the wider team to ensure integrated marketing approaches
Requirements
o? ?Proven experience managing Facebook/Meta ad campaigns (minimum 1-2 years)
o? ?Demonstrated expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager
o? ?Experience working in high-pressure environments managing multiple ad accounts simultaneously
o? ?Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies
o? ?Experience working across various industries and business models
o? ?Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients
o? ?Strong organizational and time management skills
o? ?Analytical mindset with attention to detail
o? ?Experience with other digital advertising platforms is a plus
