About the role

Join a leading manufacturer of innovative solar technology, specializing in building-integrated solutions (PV).

We need an Engineer who understands how buildings are built in the UAE, specifically focusing on structural fixing, cladding, and safe integration. You will be the technical bridge ensuring our advanced solar systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all local standards.

Core Responsibilities

Local Compliance:

Develop and validate installation methods that strictly adhere to UAE building codes, facade regulations, and structural standards.

System Design:

Study facades and develop practical, compliant structural fixing and installation systems.

On-Site Support:

Support testing, prototyping, and installation teams, ensuring smooth execution and rapid problem-solving at the project location.

Technical Communication:

Act as the technical point of contact with local contractors, consultants, and authorities regarding facade and structural requirements.

Basic Electrical Integration:

Ensure basic electrical connections and wiring safety standards are considered in the final design.

Key Requirements

Mandatory experience in facade systems, curtain wall, or cladding installation. Strong understanding of structural load distribution, fixing systems, and building physics. Deep familiarity with UAE building codes and local facade installation regulations. Proficiency in reading and creating technical drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, connections, and safety standards is required.

Preferred Background:

Experience with solar facades, curtain wall systems, or BIPV projects is a strong advantage. Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Building Technology (not mandatory if you have strong practical experience).
