You'll anchor our civil engineering mandates across diverse real estate development sites, ensuring seamless execution from blueprint to build.

We're seeking a Facade Site Engineer who doesn't just understand panels and fixings, but sees the skin of a building as its most expressive language. This role is for the sharp, the steady, and the structurally obsessed -- someone who thrives on precision and lives at the intersection of technical integrity and visual boldness.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and inspect facade installations on-site, ensuring alignment with approved designs, mock-ups, and material specifications. Act as the technical liaison between design studio, contractors, suppliers, and consultants - ensuring seamless integration of facade systems from concept to cladding. Supervise performance testing, material deliveries, and installation sequencing with an eye for safety, schedule, and detail. Coordinate daily with project managers and the architectural team to resolve on-site clashes and deliver precision in execution. Lead facade progress reviews, snagging, and quality control checks - from curtain walls to unitized panels, GRC to glass fins. Ensure full compliance with local regulations, facade safety standards, and project-specific protocols.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A qualified Civil or Architectural Engineer with 5-8 years of facade site experience in complex real estate developments. Based in, or open to relocating to, Dubai -- with the grit and flexibility to travel across the Emirates as needed. Adept at reading detailed facade shop drawings, structural interfaces, and anchorage systems. Skilled in coordinating with multidisciplinary site teams in high-pressure environments. Fiercely committed to quality. Relentless about timelines. Unshakable under pressure. A communicator who commands clarity and leads with confidence on-site.
