We are looking for a qualified and experienced Facade Site Engineer
to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing facade installation works, including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and other building envelope systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively between design, production, and on-site teams to ensure timely and quality execution of facade works.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee daily facade installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and other trades to resolve site issues and ensure smooth progress of facade works.
Monitor the performance of subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project schedules and safety regulations.
Review and interpret facade shop drawings, installation details, and technical specifications.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure proper installation and material handling.
Prepare daily progress reports, checklists, and as-built documentation.
Support testing and commissioning activities, including water tests, air permeability tests, and structural integrity checks.
Enforce site safety practices and ensure all works comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
