URGENT HIRING!

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in facade systems (Aluminium, Glass and Steel) to lead our NEW projects. This role encompasses site coordination, design coordination, and commercial management, ensuring both technical and financial alignment with client needs.

Note: Applicant must be in the UAE and able to join immediately, with a valid UAE driving license.

Must be:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineer/ Architect Minimum5 years experience in construction management specialization in Facade System strong knowledge of facade materials (glass, aluminium, GRC, ACP, Steel) & installation technique. Must me in UAE Valid UAE driving license is must
Responsibilities:

1. Direct and manage all aspects of on-site facade construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, to the highest quality, and in full compliance with safety protocols.

2. Implement and monitor rigorous quality control measures through regular site inspections and audits, upholding international facade standards and industry best practices.

3. Provide expert resolution for technical issues and complex interface challenges encountered during facade installation.

4. Coordinate with the project management team to strategically forecast resource needs, optimize budget allocation, and proactively mitigate potential risks. Serve as the primary point of contact during the construction phase.

5. Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on site.
