Position Overview
The Facade Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of facade projects, ensuring they meet design specifications, quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines. This role involves coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-performance building envelopes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for facade construction.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design intent is met.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.

2. Construction & Installation Oversight

• Supervise on-site facade installation to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections and address any defects or deviations.
• Manage logistics, material procurement, and delivery schedules.

3. Budget & Cost Management

• Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to the approved budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Review and approve contractor invoices and change orders.

4. Risk Management & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ASTM, AAMA, EN).
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and technical issues promptly.

5. Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide regular project updates, including progress reports and milestone reviews.
• Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor project teams, including site supervisors and engineers.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
