Key Responsibilities:
Review drawings/specs and prepare detailed take-offs and cost estimates
Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes
Identify risks and value engineering opportunities
Support bid submissions and client meetings
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in facade estimating
Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, and glazing systems
Proficient in reading technical drawings and using estimating software
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of Orgadata LogiKal highly preferred
Fresher or applicant with experience in home country are welcome.
