Facade Cleaner
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the exterior surfaces of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings, ensuring a spotless and professional appearance.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and wash building facades, windows, and other exterior surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.
Operate lifts, scaffolding, ropes, or other access systems safely.
Remove dirt, grime, graffiti, and other stains from surfaces.
Perform basic inspections of exterior surfaces and report any damages.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety policies and regulations.
Maintain and store cleaning materials and equipment properly.
Requirements
Previous experience as a facade, window, or exterior cleaner preferred.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
Valid
Working at Heights
or
Fall Protection
certification (an asset).
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable and punctual.
NOC must be available.
Work Conditions
Outdoor work environment.
May require early morning or evening shifts depending on site schedule.
Safety equipment and training provided.
