Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious

Facade Cleaner

to perform external building cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience working at heights and a strong understanding of cleaning safety protocols and facade maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean the exterior surfaces of buildings (glass, cladding, stone, aluminum, etc.). Use equipment such as

rope access (abseiling), suspended platforms (BMUs), scaffolding, ladders, and water-fed poles

. Remove dirt, stains, debris, and contaminants from windows and facades. Ensure proper handling and mixing of cleaning chemicals and tools. Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Report any building damage or maintenance issues observed during cleaning. Maintain equipment and ensure safe storage and transport. Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.

Requirements:

Previous experience in facade or high-rise external cleaning preferred.

Working at Heights Certification

(e.g., IRATA, IPAF, or equivalent). Basic knowledge of facade materials and cleaning methods. Ability to work in various weather conditions and at significant heights. Good physical condition and stamina. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Rope Access (Level 1, 2, or 3 - IRATA or SPRAT) OSHA or similar safety training Familiarity with water-fed pole systems, pressure washers, and facade access systems Teamwork and time management skills
