Fabrication Supervisor Hull Production
Job Description
1. Oversees the fabrication and quality control process, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met in dynamic environment.
2. Able to handle Hull plate repairs (Steel/Aluminum) and piping.
3. Theoretical & Practical knowledge as per job.
4. Planning, execution & completion of projects as per blue print drawings.
5. Knowledge of working procedures / technologies specific to the workshop and making sure the set quality standards are achieved.
6. Analyzes work orders and blueprints to determine the characteristics of the finished item, materials to be used, and machine setup requirements.
7. Understanding on operation of various measuring devices.
8. Trains other associates as lead or senior employee or trainer. Ensures associates have the tools and training necessary to do the job.
9. Administers workflow and manages schedules.
10. Responsible for following health, safety and environmental policies and requirements of the company (especially to strictly use PPE's provided).
11. Should be willing to take offshore duties and also work/relocate to any other branch as per requirement of the department
