We are seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to oversee the fabrication division for our client in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the fabrication team to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Monitor daily operations within the fabrication division, ensuring all safety protocols and company policies are followed. Oversee the fabrication of
pump skids for the wastewater and chiller industries
. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on progress and performance. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication process.Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fabrication or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of fabrication processes, particularly those involving pump skids. Knowledge of the wastewater and chiller industries is highly desirable. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
