Fabrication Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to oversee the fabrication division for our client in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the fabrication team to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Monitor daily operations within the fabrication division, ensuring all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
Oversee the fabrication of pump skids for the wastewater and chiller industries.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on progress and performance.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of fabrication processes, particularly those involving pump skids.
Knowledge of the wastewater and chiller industries is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
