We are looking for a skilled
Fabrication Supervisor
with experience in
glass and aluminium fabrication and site installation
. The candidate must have hands-on experience working in Dubai and should be capable of supervising workshop activities and coordinating with site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise fabrication of aluminium, glass, and metal components in the workshop.
Coordinate with production, design, and site teams to ensure timely project completion.
Inspect and verify materials, measurements, and quality standards.
Manage site installation activities for glass and aluminium works.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Prepare daily reports and update project status to management.
Solve technical issues related to fabrication and installation.
Ensure all work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year experience in Dubai
in glass, aluminium, or metal fabrication and installation.
Strong knowledge of fabrication tools, materials, and installation techniques.
Ability to lead a team and handle site operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to read drawings and supervise technical work.
