. The ideal candidate will lead fabrication operations, ensure project deadlines are met, maintain quality standards, and supervise site teams and workshop staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all aluminium fabrication activities at the site and workshop
Ensure the timely completion of fabrication and installation works
Interpret technical drawings and allocate manpower effectively
Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site engineers
Monitor quality control and ensure safety compliance
Maintain progress reports and attend project meetings
Requirements:
Minimum
7-10 years of UAE experience
in aluminium fabrication
Proven experience as
site/workshop supervisor
in aluminium, glass & cladding
Strong knowledge of aluminium systems (e.g., Technal, Gulf Extrusions, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret architectural/shop drawings
Good leadership and communication skills
UAE Manual Light Vehicle Driving License (preferred)
