Fabrication Supervisor

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of steel and piping fabrication activities. Interpret fabrication drawings, material specifications, and work instructions. Plan and allocate tasks to fabricators and welders to meet project timelines. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Conduct inspections of fabricated components for dimensional accuracy and weld quality. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to improve skills and efficiency. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of materials. Monitor daily progress and prepare job status reports as required. Resolve production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / ITI / Certification in Mechanical, Fabrication, or Welding Engineering. Minimum 07 years in the similar industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Experience:
