Qualifications
:? ?Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI.
Experience
:? ?Minimum 3 years for Diploma holders and 6 Years for ITI's in any Steel Fabrication unit in UAE and Abroad.
Responsibilities
:? ?Strong knowledge of Steel Fabrication, Welding etc... ? ?Effective planning and job allocation skills. ? ?Maintain good relationship and co-ordination with higher management and shop floor staffs. ? ?Coordinate with the design team to prepare necessary fabrication drawings and details. ? ?Ensure strict adherence to quality control and quality assurance protocols for product compliance. ? ?Manage materials, machinery, and labour. ? ?Provide appropriate technical support and guidance to the site team. ? ?Possess strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise on shopfloor and on-site. ? ?Ensure the project is executed without defects or snags.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
