Coordinate with project engineers and production teams to meet deadlines. Manage materials, tools, and manpower effectively. Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment. Train and guide team members when needed.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in metal fabrication supervision. Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.
