Job Opening: Fabrication Project Manager

Future Scaffolding and Aluminium Company is in need of a reliable Fabrication Project Manager to support our operations in Dubai Industrial City (DIC).

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute fabrication projects within defined timelines and budgets. Review fabrication drawings, material requirements, and technical submittals. Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project flow. Manage fabrication schedules and monitor progress to meet project milestones. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and engineering standards in the workshop and on-site. Oversee manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and production efficiency. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for approvals and project coordination. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation throughout project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).

7-10 years of experience

in fabrication project management within aluminium or facade industries. Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and workshop operations. Proven track record of managing multiple fabrication projects successfully. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite. GCC/UAE experience preferred.
