Job summary

MISSION:

Responsible for providing Engineering support to projects by providing the deliverables on time. Coordinating the Engineering aspects of a particular Project from start to completion, working with a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and draftsmen. Working independently as the single point contact in Engineering or (for larger projects) supports the Project Engineering Manager.

TASKS:

• Preparing and issuing Engineering Execution plan for the project;
• Coordinating the Plan the Engineering Deliverables as needed for the project and ensure the availability of drawings, Material Requisitions, Calculations, TBE\'s on time;
• Working with the team of designers, Engineers, Draftsmen and Document Controllers to deliver the output ensuring quality and efficiency and due regard for HSE compliance;
• Controlling the manning levels to have optimum staffing and manhours and software expended within the budget;
• Supporting the Project Management team in all technical matters liaising with the Client, Vendors, Consultants and other Third Parties;
• Issuing the Engineering progress reports regularly, to keep the management informed about the status of the project, issues and concerns;
• Attending all project meetings with Client, internal customers, Vendors;
• Supporting the contracts department in Change Management;
• Ensuring adherence to Engineering Procedures;
• Ensuring Achievement of KPI\'s and reporting as planned;
• Ensuring compliance to HSES policies and procedures as applicable;
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable information security policies & procedures.
• Assisting the discipline manager in achieving the department key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Ensuring Compliance to HSES policies and procedures as applicable;
• Ensuring Compliance with all applicable information security policies & procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Education BSc/BTech Degree in Engineering disciplines; MSc/MTech Degree is an advantage;
• Minimum Experience 12+ years in the industry (Offshore Oil & Gas facilities, drilling rigs, Shipyard) with a focus during the fabrication phase;
• Saudi Aramco standards experience is required;
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with ability to interact across multiple disciplines;
• Good awareness of contractual requirements and project financials;
• Knowledge international codes and standards.

• Contract duration: Long-term;
• Working schedule: 9 hours x 5 days;
• Starting date: February 2024.
