The Role
Currently hiring Fabrication Engineers for a leading engineering and construction company based in Dubai. Job purpose: Responsible for managing a fabrication bay start from receipt of production drgs lot, preparation of monthly / weekly schedules based on the shop monthly plan, job distribution among down the level reports & workforce, streamlining raw materials & production work flow, organizing the required resources, implementation of best fabrication practices for the improvement of safety, productivity & quality ,coordination with all stack holders on day to day issues, progress reporting to meet the management objectives and project requirements. Job summary (Major functions of the position) \xe2\x80\xa2 To receive production drgs lot and study & analyze the work contents to assess the required resources for fabrication process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Distribution of drgs among fabrication supervisors & foreman in the bay and allocation of work force accordingly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Streamlining the raw materials inflow and also work flow at all work stations based on the work contents to ensure optimal utilization of all resources and compliance to timeframe for all fabrication components. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organising the resources like manpower, machineries, tools & tackles handling equipment\xe2\x80\x99s etc. as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyzing and implementation of best fabrication practices and techniques in order to develop and maintain more efficient fabrication processes to improve the safety, productivity and quality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination with all stack holders related to the fabrication process, manpower, quality, HSE programs & machineries to resolve all day to day issues and also for the administrative assistance with HR dept. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintenance of all fabrication bay related data\xe2\x80\x99s & documents in order, attend daily review meeting and progress reporting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to all company policies, procedures, ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within each project at all levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of project and shop objectives.

Requirements
An ideal candidate would be with a minimum of 3 years of experience in same field. Please review the JD attached and let me know if it aligns with your interests and experience. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Structural Engineering would be an advantage. Salary Range - AED 3000 - AED 4000 Monthly Other Benefits (Provided by the company) - Accommodation, transportation, return air ticket once in 2 years Medical & Leave Benefits - Applicable As per UAE Labor Law.
