Key Responsibilities
Manage facade projects (curtain wall, unitized systems, windows, doors, cladding, louvers) from kickoff to completion
Prepare and manage
project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
Oversee design coordination, shop drawings, and material approvals
Monitor fabrication, logistics, and site installation activities
Control project costs, variations, and claims
Ensure compliance with
QA/QC, HSE, and project specifications
Conduct progress meetings and prepare project reports
Manage project handover and close-out documentation
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering
8-15 years of experience
in facade or aluminum projects
Strong knowledge of facade systems and installation methodologies
Experience in UAE/GCC facade projects is essential
Good understanding of contracts, variations, and FIDIC conditions
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office; Primavera or MS Project is an advantage
