About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Facade Designer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facade 3D design, Material Take-Off (MTO), and preparing production orders for manufacturing and site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop detailed facade designs and shop drawings using 3D design software.
2. Prepare accurate Material Take-Offs (MTOs) based on project requirements.
3. Generate production orders and coordinate with procurement and production teams.
4. Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure technical compliance.
5. Collaborate with project engineers, consultants, and site teams for design approval and execution.
6. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety codes, and client specifications.
Requirements:
1. UAE 7+ years of experience in facade design within the construction industry.
2. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D design tools.
3. Knowledge of MTO preparation and production order workflows.
4. Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
