Outline purpose of the role:
Responsible for member experience and athletic development including in-studio events, daily running of classes, staff roster, class schedule. Assisting in developing internal standards, policies, procedures and protocols. Strongly focussed on delivery of coaching and classes. Ensuring highest quality member experience through exceptional customer service and delivery of coaching techniques. In-studio leader for member and lead communication with a focus towards business growth.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Demonstrate knowledge of the F45 brand in accordance with company standards
Arrive to studio prepared with a thorough understanding of the workout for the day
Lead by example in recruitment and retention of studio members
Coordinate and implement sales and retention strategies to drive continued growth
Coordinate and implement shift schedule ensuring staff are appropriately allocated
Schedule and coordinate each new training phase
Conduct initial orientation and introduction to Body Composition Scanner
Coordinate with leads, trials & members to ensuring induction is understood and membership journey is optimised
Conduct performance and goal check-ins for members 30, 60 and 90 days
Ensure the studio is set up, maintained and cleaned prior to class
Maintain hygiene , cleanliness , appearance and organization of the studio and equipment
Be ready for class early to prepare with training partner delivery of class and demonstrations
Deliver introduction, verbal cues and demonstrate each exercise with confidence and providing modifications/regressions progressions as needed
Ensure members are receiving attention by name where possible in class and performing exercises safely ,using the correct form at all times whilst keeping them motivated and encouraged
Coordinate community engagement to drive awareness including studio launches and marketing projects
Implement social media marketing strategies and contribute to social media content
Demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy , service, cooperation, hospitality and professionalism to both clients, colleagues and internal & external business partners
Develop a high energy culture through contests and incentive based motivation
Responsible for implementing Challenge ,special projects ,events and promotions
Meet or exceed required studio performance metrics (KPIs)
Ensure appropriate communication of member - related actions at all times
Ensure appropriate communication of administrative actions at all times
Comply and adhere to F45 business policies and standards
Comply and adhere to Functional Fitness business policies and standards
Attendance and assistance at organised events whether community , social or fitness related
Comfortable giving sweaty high fives!
