Role Summary
The F and B Captain at Mezzaluna, InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City, will oversee restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring high service standards, smooth team coordination, and guest satisfaction. This role requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both guest-facing and operational responsibilities.
What You'll Do

• Address and resolve guest complaints during the shift, logging all incidents for follow-up
• Execute cash handling and banking procedures, including preparing daily banking and cash flow reports
• Instruct staff on cash security procedures and monitor for irregular payments
• Supervise the upkeep and maintenance of service equipment
• Monitor guest facilities and services to ensure standards are met
• Manage stock control and follow security protocols
• Assist in creating and updating menus and wine lists
• Supervise colleagues during shifts, ensuring smooth service and team productivity
• Oversee section service and coordinate functions when required
