DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensures that all team members adhere to all company policies and procedures uniformly and without exception, such as uniform standards, attendance, and reconciling financial transactions. 2. Ensure smooth and efficient service throughout all assigned venues in the property 3. Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service. 4. Monitor staff closely to identify any transgressions throughout service so that these can be addressed immediately. 5. Monitor staff breaks and general time keeping. 6. Constant effective communication with managers regarding any guest or staff issues 7. Inspect food and beverage product preparation programs and maintain goodwill of company.
