PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Provide expert personal care services to guests being specialized in eye lashes extension. She helps not only with the application of treatments but also with advising and recommending appropriate services via guest consultations. She is also involved with providing a more comprehensive treatment to her guests. She is expected to offer to her guests a beverage and provide movements after the service to create a more luxurious experience KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Wear Mask and Maintain Social Distance. Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ensuring guest is comfortable
- Consulting guests with treatment procedure.
- Ensuring guest has no contra indication to the service.
- Recommending after care
- Cleanness of own station after each service
- Review own daily sales report
- Use specialist tools
- Maintain safe work practices and hygiene standards
- Perform the services included in the menu regarding all kind of eye lashes extension to the guests
- Passionate about guest service
- Able to speak and write English
- Good communication and people skills, including good listening skills
- Expertise in Eye Lashes Extension
- An understanding of hygiene, and health and safety regulations
- Time management skills
- Ability to handle pressure and stress
- Attention to detail
- Good team player but can work independently
- Excellent personal grooming
- High school or equivalent
- Vocational training certificate
