Eyelash Technician At Dial Home Ladies Salon, we believe in the transformative power of beauty. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced and licensed eyelash technician to join our team and help our clients feel their best. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and a strong understanding of the latest trends. They will be skilled in the application of a variety of eyelash extension types, as well as lash lifts and tints. They will be able to consult with clients to determine the best lash style for their desired look. Most importantly, they will be able to provide a high level of customer service to ensure each client leaves feeling beautiful and satisfied. Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform professional eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and tinting treatments
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety standards
- Consult with clients on the best options for their individual needs
- Book appointments and manage the schedule efficiently
- Train new technicians as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Keep up with industry trends and education
- Stock supplies and order new products as needed
- Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell services and retail products
- Promote the business through word-of-mouth and social media
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cosmetology license or esthetician license
- 6+ months experience as an eyelash technician
- Proficiency in lash extensions, including classic, hybrid, and volume
- Ability to consult with clients to determine their desired look
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in cosmetology, esthetics, or related field
- 1+ year experience as an eyelash technician
- Skills in other areas of esthetics, such as facials, waxing, etc.
- Product knowledge, with ability to make recommendations to clients
- Familiarity with LashBase, Lashify, and/or similar software
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
