We are seeking a talented Eyelash Extension Expert to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in applying high-quality lash extensions (classic, volume, hybrid, and mega volume), a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating stunning, customized looks for clients. You must uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
? Perform classic, volume, hybrid, and mega volume lash extensions with precision and artistry.
? Conduct thorough client consultations to assess lash health, desired look, and recommend suitable styles.
? Maintain impeccable sanitation standards, ensuring all tools and work areas are sterilized.
? Educate clients on aftercare.
? Stay updated on the latest lash trends, techniques, and products
? Manage appointment bookings, ensuring timely service without compromising quality.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
? Assist in salon promotions, social media content, and lash-related events.
Requirements:
? Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-end salon.
? Proficient in Russian volume, hybrid, and classic lashes.
? Strong knowledge of lash health, adhesives, and safety protocols.
? Exceptional attention to detail and ability to customize lashes for each client.
? Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
