Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Eyelash Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing clients' natural beauty through professional eyelash extensions and other lash treatments, while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide professional eyelash extension services, including classic, volume, hybrid, and refills. Perform eyelash lifts, tints, and removal procedures. Consult with clients to understand their needs, eye shape, and desired look. Ensure proper application techniques and use of high-quality lash products. Educate clients on aftercare procedures and maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools, equipment, and workspace. Manage appointment scheduling and client records. Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the lash industry. Promote additional beauty services or retail products to clients when appropriate

Requirements:



Proven experience as an Eyelash Technician or similar role. Valid certification in eyelash extension application (Classic & Volume). Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Customer-focused and passionate about beauty and aesthetics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

* as eyelash technician: 3 years (Preferred)
