Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled
Extruder Operator
specializing insheet extrusion
(bothmonolayer
andmultilayer
) to join our growing production team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for
setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion lines
used for producing high-quality plastic sheets (e.g. PET, PP, HIPS, ABS, etc.) in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Operate mono and multi-layer sheet extrusion machines Set machine parameters (temperature, speed, pressure) and monitor output quality Conduct regular quality checks including thickness, width, and visual inspection Load raw materials and manage feed systems accurately Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance Clean and change dies, screens, and rolls as required Record production output and downtime accurately Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards on the shop floor
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience
in sheet extrusion (mono and multilayer lines) Knowledge of extrusion materials such asPET, PP, PE, ABS, HIPS,
Familiarity with extrusion brands likeBreyer, Battenfeld, Davis Standard, etc.
is a plus Ability to read technical drawings/spec sheets Capable of shift work and standing for long periods Technical diploma or equivalent preferred UAE/GCC experience an advantageJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
