Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Leadership & Supervision

Directly supervise and coordinate ELV installation teams (technicians, installers, subcontractors) on active construction sites Plan and schedule daily/weekly installation activities in alignment with project timelines Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure all site safety protocols are followed (PPE, permits, method statements) Manage site material logistics, storage, and inventory control Resolve on-site technical and coordination issues in real-time

Technical Installation Oversight

Ensure all ELV systems are installed per approved shop drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines: Structured Cabling (CAT6/6A, fiber optic backbone, pathways) Security Systems (CCTV camera mounting, access control readers/wiring, intrusion devices) Audiovisual Systems (display mounting, speaker placement, control system wiring) PA/VA Systems (speaker zoning, amplifier rack wiring) Network Infrastructure (rack/cabinet build, patching, labeling) Verify cable pulling methods, bend radii, segregation from power cables, and containment compliance Oversee equipment room build-outs, rack installations, and termination work Perform quality inspections at each installation phase (pre-concealment, rough-in, final)

Quality Control & Documentation

Implement and enforce quality standards for all installation work Maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and as-built documentation Conduct field testing of installed systems (continuity, attenuation, data testing) Manage the RFI process for site clarifications and report issues to Project Manager Ensure proper labeling and identification of all cables, ports, and devices

Testing & Commissioning Support

Prepare systems for commissioning by verifying installations are complete and correct Assist commissioning engineers in system testing and troubleshooting Supervise corrective work identified during testing phases Ensure client training areas are properly prepared and systems are operational

Team Management & Development

Mentor and train junior technicians and installers Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports Ensure team is trained on new technologies and installation techniques Manage timekeeping and daily productivity of the crew

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
