Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Strategy

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for ELV systems installations Conduct detailed risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders Review design documents, specifications, and shop drawings for technical compliance Plan resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials

Technical Leadership

Manage all aspects of ELV systems including: Structured cabling systems (fiber optic, copper) Security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) Audio-Visual and multimedia systems Public address and voice evacuation systems Building Management System (BMS) integration IT networking and telecommunications infrastructure Conference and meeting room technology Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ANSI/TIA, BICSI, ISO, local regulations) Oversee system design, integration, and interoperability between different ELV systems

Execution & Delivery

Lead project execution from mobilization through commissioning and handover Monitor project progress against milestones and implement corrective actions as needed Manage quality control and inspection processes to ensure work meets specifications Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with construction teams for MEP integration Supervise system testing, commissioning, and client training programs

Stakeholder Management

Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and main contractors Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed progress reports Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, including performance evaluation Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and architectural teams for seamless integration Handle client change requests and variation orders professionally

Financial Management

Control project budgets, track costs, and forecast final project expenditure Review and approve subcontractor invoices and supplier payments Prepare and submit progress billing to clients Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance Manage project close-out including final accounting and retention release
