• Assisting all the sales related activity of the US branch office
• Provides continuous communication to the customers about the samples, orders and other logistic issues.
• Replying to customers\xe2\x80\x99 written and verbal correspondences in a timely manner that will increase customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction; latest within 24 hours.
• Confirming receipt of new samples requests and provides customers with continuous updates about their samples status on a weekly basis.
• Update customers with information about the documents for their shipments as well as status of their shipped containers.
• Co-ordinates with various factory units the processing of all customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to speed up the execution of these needs in order to be able to increase customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction. This includes samples follow-up and approvals, pending in orders and processing of documentation plus any other special requests.
• Monitor major problems faced by various customers, and propose corrective actions for these problems to increase our customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction.
• Follow-up for the payment of due invoices and ensure that they are paid on a timely manner according to the agreement with various customers.
• Supports the Product Manager in terms of administrative tasks: preparation of sample boxes, folders, sample boards etc
• Follows up with different testing bodies regarding payments for different tests and obtaining the test reports
• File all documents in line with ISO Standards

• At least 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in construction industry
• Good administrative skills
• Salesmanship and effective communications
• Time management (ability to work alone and develop own daily/weekly agenda)

• A self-starter with high attention to detail
• Strong willingness to relocate and gain international experience
• Drive, self-confidence and resourcefulness
• Analytically minded and able to engage with and utilize others to deliver targets
