About Us
East Fish Processing LLC in Ajman, UAE is looking for a reliable and skilled Export Sales Coordinator with UAE seafood or FMCG export experience to join us immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Manage export sales orders from customer confirmation to shipment.*
Collaborate with internal teams (Production, QA, Logistics) for timely orders.*
Handle export documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, C/O, Health Certificates).*
Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and shipping lines.*
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs, and customer requirements.*
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports.*
Support the Export Sales team in customer communication and order follow-up.*
Prepare system invoicing using ERP software in line with export orders.*

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Business, Sales, or related field.*
Strong organizational and communication skills.*
Experience in UAE seafood exports or FMCG exports.*
Good knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes.*
