Sales Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. This role is open exclusively to
Emirati Nationals (UAE Passport Holders)
as part of our commitment to supporting Emiratization.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily sales activities between sales teams and other departments
Prepare sales reports, proposals, quotations, and contracts
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
Track sales targets and report on performance
Provide administrative support to the sales department
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and internal communications
Requirements:
UAE National with a valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication skills in both
Arabic and English
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is a plus
