Our requirements: We are looking for an EXPORT MANAGER AREA for our organisation that will be: Opening new markets in the countries of the world responsible for all our business activities. We are expecting a dynamic and totally independent person with high education (preferably a University degree), a strong personality, and self-responsibility. English is mandatory as well as MS Office skills. Job description: Responsible for sales and business opportunities from new and existing distributors. Responsible for contacting and organizing all raw materials from the suppliers and building good relations with them. Preparation of all required documents for purchasing the raw materials. Responsible to contact our customers worldwide and building good relationships with them. Organizing and sending the samples to new buyers and following up on the test results from them until the order is placed. Ensuring timely shipment of goods to customers through proper communication with shipping and logistic companies and accurate document preparation. Preparation of all the documents such as bill of lading, air waybills, shipping labels, commercial invoices, packing lists, insurance forms, shipper\'s export declarations, certificates of origin, EUR-1 form, or any other documents and legalization required to support and comply with export regulations for any specific country. Miscellaneous clerical duties such as filing customer shipment folders, scanning documents, and electronic filing of all incoming customer requests. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency with the computer and Microsoft Office is required. Other tasks and responsibilities as required by the Manager. Start date: Immediately 1. Annual salary is 60.000 AED including: Monthly salary Health insurance Transport cost Accommodation 2. Annual commission is 90.000 AED Annual target is 500.000 Euro for the new customers of the company, not for the current For achieving the company\xe2\x80\x99s target, you will receive commission of 90.000 AED partly every three months, if provided that the target of 125.000 Euro is achieved for every quarter In case you don\xe2\x80\x99t achieve the target of 125.000 Euro for the first quarter, the contract will be terminated 3. When achieving the target more than 500.000 Euro, an additional commission of 1% will be provided with the enclosure The interview is in person ( formal dress code) at the company in DUBAI, and online video is prohibited. The number of working days from Monday to Friday is 50 hours per week. The contract duration is 2 years fixed-term.
