Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and high-quality completion of works. Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow and material availability. Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor progress, manpower, and materials, and report daily site activities to the project engineer or site manager. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations on site. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow proper safety practices. Verify dimensions, levels, and alignments before and after work execution. Supervise specialized works such as concrete, masonry, steel, waterproofing, finishing, etc. Identify and report any technical or site issues for timely resolution. Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.

Requirements:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction-related field.

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience

in construction supervision, preferably with contracting or fit-out companies in UAE. Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works, site coordination, and manpower management. Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications. Good communication and leadership skills. Proactive, organized, and results-oriented. Valid UAE driving license is
