Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Site survey, site survey reports

Supervision and Coordination:

Directing and coordinating the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensuring all work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and permits. Managing the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Safety and Compliance:

Enforcing safety regulations and building codes on-site. Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards or violations. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Quality Control:

Monitoring the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure they meet project specifications. Conducting inspections and resolving any quality issues that arise.

Project Management:

Monitoring project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met. Maintaining accurate records of site activities, progress, and costs. Preparing and submitting site reports.

Communication and Problem Solving:

Communicating effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Resolving on-site conflicts and addressing any issues that arise during construction. Liaising with local authorities regarding construction regulations and by-laws.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

site supervisor: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:
