Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce we are recruiting HR Manager for our client in Bahrain.
They currently run 3 restaurants with approximately 150 employees and rapid expansion.

Role of HR Manager * HR operations management and administration
- Designing, developing, structuring and implementing HR policies, systems and procedures
- Evaluating and facilitating continuous improvement of the individual against clearly defined goals and targets
- Training programs and developments
- Recruitment process
- Manage new employee starter process
- Employee files and record
- Monitor and support flexible reward system: compensation and benefits, incentive program
- Performance appraisal, employee evaluation
- Ensuring systems and processes support the company strategy appropriately and cater to the staff engagement as well.
- Minimum of 5 years\' experience in said position in hospitality industry
- Good English, Arabic is a plus
- International / GCC experience is a plus
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in relative subject
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Information collection and management
- Calm and professional manner
- Self-confident and able to show plenty of initiative
