Full-Time Workshop Manager

B One Customs is looking for a

highly motivated and experienced Off Road / 4X4 Customization Workshop Manager

to join our team in Dubai. We specialize in camping / overlanding custom builds, electrical installations, storage upgrades, and sales and installation of premium off-road accessories

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the workshop Manage full-scale builds and installations with expert attention to detail Ensure high-quality workmanship across electrical, and fabrication jobs Coordinate with clients on job updates and approvals Manage inventory, parts ordering, and supplier relations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment Candidate must have strong expertise in designing and planning fabricated parts, with proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar workshop management role (off-road vehicles customization preferred) Strong passion and technical knowledge of 4x4 systems, vehicle electrics, and custom fabrication Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design softwares as well as typical workflow systems

Commission Structure:

Mid to Large Size Project Completion Bonus

2%-4%

of the net profit on each mid to large size completed off-road customization project

based on the performance consistently meeting delivery deadlines maintaining workshop efficiency, and achieving customer satisfaction targets. Paid
