Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
Allocate tasks and manage schedules for technicians and mechanics to ensure
timely job completion.
Ensure all repair and maintenance work is carried out to the
highest standards
and delivered
on or before promised deadlines.
Monitor
productivity, efficiency, and quality contro
l across all service jobs.
Coordinate with the parts department to minimize delays and ensure parts availability.
Enforce
safety standards
and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Maintain strong communication with customers regarding service progress and delivery times.
Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints effectively and professionally.
Supervise and evaluate workshop
staff performance

Prioritize timely vehicle delivery as a key performance objective.
