Key Responsibilities
Upholster new and existing furniture including sofas, chairs and custom pieces
Measure, cut, and sew fabric or leather to fit furniture frames
Select appropriate materials and finishes based on owner/client specifications
Repair and restore old or damaged furniture
Maintain a clean and organized workshop
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional upholstery experience
Proficiency with hand tools, sewing machines, and upholstery equipment
Strong knowledge of fabrics, leathers, foams, and frame structures
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and problem-solving skills
