LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONAL UPHOLSTERER/UPHOLSTERY TECHNICIAN WITH EXPERIENCE
We are seeking experienced and skilled Upholstery Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upholstery of sofas, chairs, and other furniture, including cutting fabric/leather, stitching, and padding & fitting upholstery to frames with precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure and cut fabric or leather according to patterns or furniture sizes
Stitch and sew upholstery materials using industrial sewing machines
Install padding, webbing, springs, and fabric/leather onto furniture frames
Reupholster old furniture and repair damaged upholstery
Ensure clean finishing and high-quality craftsmanship
Coordinate with designers, tailors, and fitters as needed
Maintain cleanliness of workspace and tools
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture upholstery (sofa/chair)
Ability to cut, stitch, and upholster independently
Experience working with various materials: fabric, leather, foam, etc.
Skilled in using tools like industrial sewing machines, staple guns, cutters
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team player with good communication
Language Known - English/ Arabic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,700.00 per month
