Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Student/Admissions Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience in the online education sector, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to guide prospective students through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and guide prospective students on suitable academic programs
Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Conduct consultations and explain program details, fees, and eligibility
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrolments
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation strategies
Maintain accurate records and update CRM
Key Skills & Attributes
Proven experience in student counselling and admissions (3-4 years in online education preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
Familiarity with CRM tools and admission processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
