Operating since 2005, with 140 employees Aqua Properties are expanding! A new position for a Sales & Leasing Agent has opened and is waiting for a driven candidate to join our team. Requirements:
- Must have a valid UAE Drivers license or equivalent
- Able to demonstrate a strong use of negotiation skills
- Candidate must be passionate and highly motivated
- Excellent time management is necessary
- comfortable in a social environment
- Must be able to use initiative and work independently
- Outstanding and effective communication skills
- present as a professional with a confident demeanour
- RERA Certified is a bonus but not a must.
- Experience in Real Estate overseas or in the UAE.
- Conduct research and analysis of the property market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability
- Evaluate the requirements and objectives of clients to identify their needs
- Offer clients recommendations and advice when choosing appropriate properties to invest in
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Commit to achieving sales targets
- Specialise in assisting investors and buyers, to help them make appropriate decisions regarding property purchases
- Update Sellers and Landlords about the current Real Estate market
- Conduct research and analysis of the property market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability
- Organising and implementing the listing of properties online and orchestrate the desired photography.
